**NEW** Fun Day:"Ayrshire Dog Agility Club"
When: 5th September 2010, 1pm -> 5pm.
What: Agility demonstration, Flyball demonstration, Pet dog novelty competition, BBQ, Raffle, Bric-a-Brac...
Where: Williamwood field, Fullarton Woods, Troon.
- A map will be provided here shortly.
- The event will be signposted on the day.
- Directions:
- off the A78 (Nort) at the junction with the B746 (slip road).
- Head for Fullarton Woods, Look fro Marr Rugby Club.
- Turn towards the Picnic/Play Area carpark on Right.
- Drive straight Past! & head along the dirt track as far as you can go.
- Field entrance is on the Right.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Retired Greyhound Trust.

Dundonald Highland Games
7th August 2010. With great weather a great time was had by all. Thanks to the generosity of the community the tombola raised over £200.
Christmas Dinner 2009
This year, we'd like to give each dog a day to remember! A toy to play with and a chicken dinner, for an unforgettable treat.

Race Night, Saturday 3rd October 2009
Shawfield Stadium, near Glasgow.
All money raised goes to the RGT, and the volunteers at the RGT have clubbed together to sponsor a race.
There are up to fifteen races in total, so there'll be plenty to see!
Gates open 7pm, 1st race 7:50pm.

Saturday 20th June 2009
Rozelle Park, Ayr map
Shawfield RGT ran a bottle stall at the Holy Fair to raise funds for the trust. The event was a great success, raising over £550. A great thankyou to all who took part.

October/November 2008- Sponsored Walks
Two sponsored 10-mile walks raising a total of £366, to be shared equally between the RGT and MacMillan Cancer Support.
Route 1: Dunblane Cathedral to Bridge of Allan, stopping at the Sheriffmuir Inn for a refreshing lunch. Beautiful views of central Scotland from the Ochils!

Route 2: Prestwick (Kidzplay) to the river Doon and back to Seafield. All five dogs and human companions had a great pit-stop at the Steamboat Tavern!

Saturday 29th November 2008- Meet and Greet
On Saturday 29th November 2008 we held a Meet and Greet Event at the Pets at Home Store, Forge Retail Park, Parkhead, Glasgow from 11am until 3pm. We were fortunately blessed with a beautiful day. Our Tombola was a great success and we raised the grand total of £319.45.
Thanks to all who came along to see us. It was good to see you and many thanks for your support.
